Overview
Club Agent ("we", "our", or "us") is a document assistant service that allows you to upload documents and query them via WhatsApp. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect
- Account information (name, email) via Google Sign-In
- Documents you upload to your libraries
- WhatsApp phone number when you link your account
- Conversation history with the assistant (retained for 24 hours)
- Connected service data (Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Notion) when you authorize access
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the document query service via WhatsApp
- To search your connected services when you ask questions
- To improve our service and fix issues
Data Storage & Security
Your documents are stored securely using OpenAI's vector storage. Your account data is stored in Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google (authentication, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
- OpenAI (document processing and AI responses)
- Twilio (WhatsApp messaging)
- Supabase (database)
- Notion (optional integration)
Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app. This permanently removes all your data including documents, libraries, and conversation history.
